Nutrition Coaching
30 minutes: $80 per month
A one-on-one consultation to improve your overall health by learning nutritional knowledge through food choices and behaviors. We will work together to achieve lasting results.
- Four 30-minute sessions to discuss nutritional plans and progress for up to 30-days
- Initial assessment includes body composition, measurements, discussion of goals, macronutrient tracking, and more.
- Weekly check-in with your coach to assess progress with your goals.
- Last session we will reevaluate body composition and measurements along with next steps.
$60 to add-on with personal training package.
